Licensed Massage Therapist

J (yes, just J) is a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing on Cape Cod since 2008.  She was trained at The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy In Newington, CT and graduated​ in 2006.  Her style is specific and thorough. She is called upon for her ability to provide deep tissue for those clients that prefer that type of pressure and can also easily offer a more gentle massage for those with the intention of bringing calm to the parasympathetic nervous system.  She has been trained in Traditional Thai Massage which is a treatment on its own but she artfully incorporates some of the thai techniques into her table massages regularly. In addition she offers cupping modalities for an intense focus as well as dry brushing  as a simple lymphatic intention.   She has formerly been a Yoga teacher and Doula and therefore has insight into aspects of the body pertaining to movement (or lack there of) and pregnancy/postpartum.   Her current focus is therapeutic massage. Currently she is available for house calls on the upper and middle Cape or visit her in her studio space on 6-A in Dennis.  Please contact her for appointment interest.
